Mark Bennett, Violin

Mark Bennett was born and raised in Auckland. He studied violin at both Auckland University and the Royal Academy of Music in London. He worked for several years as a London freelancer before taking up a position with the APO. Mark enjoys travelling, directing youth music ensembles, running a violin teaching studio as well as currently being a Teaching Fellow on Violin and Coordinator of Strings at The School of Music, University of Auckland.
